Reserve Your Exhibition Space
The ICSCRM 2027 team warmly welcomes you to join the Exhibition! Join researchers, industry leaders, stakeholders, and students from around the world at the 24th International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2027), taking place from 19-24 September 2027 at ICC Wales, Newport, Wales, UK.
ICSCRM 2027 will be hosted across the entire 26,000 m² of the ICC Wales, with a dedicated room for the Exhibition in the 4,000 m² Main Hall, complete with complimentary coffee and charging lounges.
Sponsors have prime space on the floor and the ability to choose larger stands. Exhibition space outside of Sponsorship is available to book across 4 zones as seen in the Provisional Floor Plan below.

Provisional Exhibition Floor Plan
The Exhibition is split into zones, as displayed below. The detailed floor plan is currently being developed and once finalised, exhibitors will be contacted in booking order and invited to select their preferred space within the zone.
Please note that the Main Hall layout is provisional and subject to change and may not be to proportion. Any stand reference number generated on booking is a booking reference and does not indicate your final place on the floor plan.

Exhibition Inclusions
Space Only / Raw Booth
A raw booth space-only booking includes:
- A 3m wide x 2m deep raw booth space only
- 3 delegate tickets (Tutorial Day & Gala Dinner sold separately)
- 2 UK electrical sockets
- Carpet (fully carpeted venue)
If not using the built booth upgrade, please note exhibitors and sponsors are expected to use one of the recommended booth suppliers for their custom stand, which is organised directly at the exhibitor’s expense.
Built Booth Package Upgrade
*Mockup for illustrative purposes only. Final proportions, furniture, and signage placement are subject to change.
The Built Booth Package adds a built shell scheme package to your space, including:
- Company sign
- Table and plain tablecloth
- Spotlight (which uses 1 socket)
- Two chairs
- 1 UK socket
Upgrade add-ons (for built stand upgrades only) will be released at a later date, to include options such as integrated artwork, TV screen options, or additional furniture such as a lockable cabinet.
