ICSCRM 2027 will take place Sunday 19th – Friday 24th September 2027.

ICSCRM 2027 will be at the ICC Wales in Newport, Wales, UK.

We recommend delegates stay in Newport or in central Cardiff, and to consider easy access to Newport Station by train if you are staying outside of Newport. See also: Accommodation

There will be a free shuttle for ICSCRM 2027 delegates to get to the venue from Newport Station.

For long-haul flights, the ICC Wales is less than 2 hours from London Heathrow Airport and for short-haul flights is conveniently located near Cardiff Airport, Bristol Airport, and Birmingham Airport. The venue website has a helpful list of airports and travel distances.

There will be official event photographers and roaming videography taken throughout ICSCRM 2027, including the Tutorial Day, Welcome Reception, Plenary Keynotes, Closing Session, Exhibition, and other areas. Unauthorised photography is strictly prohibited during technical sessions (oral or poster).

Official event photography will be released at the end of each day of the event in a gallery accessible to Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Attendees.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please make the check-in team know on arrival.

We expect over 2,000 delegates and over 150 exhibitors at ICSCRM 2027.

Meeting Room booking isn’t yet open. Meeting Rooms will be available in both the ICC Wales and the Celtic Manor next door. Some sponsorship packages include a meeting room.

There will also be open access break areas with chairs and desks throughout the venue.

Industrial Session booking hasn’t yet opened. You will be able to book a 5- or 10-minute Industrial Session to showcase innovations, products, and success stories. Some sponsorship packages have an Industrial Session included.

Industrial Sessions will be £1000+VAT for 5-minutes or £2000+VAT for 10-minutes.

The official online abstract submission form will be the only accepted route of abstract submission to ICSCRM 2027.

Abstract submissions will open 1 March 2027 and close 30 April 2027.

The ICSCRM 2027 programme is predominantly on technical topics, chosen from the submitted abstracts.

Plenary Keynotes are by invitation only or as part of a combined sponsorship package where appropriate.
